Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu společnosti Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka, a. s. jako podklad pro případného potencionálního investora ke dni 1.4.2019. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování základních pojmů, popsání postupu oceňování a na vybrané metody stanovení hodnoty podniku. V praktické části jsou poté teoretické poznatky aplikovány na oceňované společnosti. Je zpracována strategická a finanční analýza, na jejichž základě je vypracován finanční plán. V závěru práce je provedeno samotné ocenění vybrané společnosti pomocí výnosových metod.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka, a. s. as the substrate for unspecified potential investor to a date 1.4. 2019. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the definition of basic concept, description of the valuation procedure and selected methods of value determination. In the practical part is the theoretical knowledge applied to determinate the value of the company. Both, strategic and financial analysis are being processed and on their principles the financial plan has been made. Valuation of selected company is made in the end of this thesis based on proper valuation methods.
