Trends and Processes in Human Resources Management

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce jsou Trendy a procesy v managementu lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav adaptačního procesu ve zdravotnickém zařízení, identifikovat překážky a problémy, a navrhnout opatření pro jeho optimalizaci. Práce se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska adaptace v organizaci, klíčové dimenze adaptačního programu a fáze začlenění nových zaměstnanců do pracovního prostředí. Dále jsou definováni klíčoví aktéři adaptačního procesu a popsány nástroje řízení adaptace. V analytické části je prostřednictvím kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu analyzován adaptační proces nových zaměstnanců ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Na základě získaných dat je provedeno zhodnocení pomocí diagramu příčin a následků a navržena konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení procesu uvádění zaměstnanců do zařízení. Navržené změny zahrnují adaptační procesy pro různé kategorie personálu, tvorbu adaptační příručky a zavedení cirkulačního kolečka pro lékařský a nelékařský personál. Dále je doporučeno vytvoření manuálů pro vedoucí zaměstnance a mentory adaptačního procesu. Optimalizace procesu adaptace v zdravotnickém zařízení prostřednictvím PDCA cyklu je diskutována v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is Trends and Processes in Human Resource Management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the adaptation process in a healthcare facility, identify obstacles and problems, and propose measures for its optimization. The thesis focuses on the theoretical foundations of adaptation in an organization, key dimensions of the adaptation program, and phases of integrating new employees into the work environment. Furthermore, key actors of the adaptation process are defined and tools for managing adaptation are described. In the analytical part, the adaptation process of new employees in the healthcare facility is analyzed through quantitative and qualitative research. Based on the obtained data, an evaluation is conducted using a cause-and-effect diagram, and specific recommendations are proposed to improve the process of introducing employees to the facility. The proposed changes include adaptation processes for various categories of personnel, the creation of an adaptation handbook, and the introduction of a circulatory model for medical and non-medical staff. It is also recommended to create manuals for leading employees and mentors of the adaptation process. The optimization of the adaptation process in the healthcare facility through the PDCA cycle is discussed in the conclusion of the thesis.
