Comparative Study of Czech and Libyan Students in the Context of Some Frequent Types of Injuries in Sport Activities

Abstract:

One of the most important features of our modern era is the competition between individuals and countries aiming at the development and advancement of all aspects of life. Physical education and sports is one of the areas where many scholars and researches have conducted a lot of researches and studies to find solutions for the problems facing humanity. Sports injuries” are injuries that happen when playing sports or exercising. Some are from accidents. Others can result from poor training practices or improper gear. Some people get injured when they are not in proper condition. Not warming up or stretching enough before one plays or exercises can also lead to injuries. Many injuries are caused by weak muscle which simple are not ready to handle the specific of your sport, some times the causes comes from accident ,also when the students are not in well prepared condition , or not warming up. Some of them are causes favoring the Occurrence of the injury, and others are direct causes to the occurrence of the injury. Whether this injuries can be by contact with other bodies, the floor or ground, or Sporting equipment. The students' programme in colleges and different departments of Physical Education Colleges during the years of study, including many physical and sport programmer which are part of the general programmed that qualifies the students to obtain their Bachelor degree or high Diploma in Physical Education are the studied topic. While trying to apply the curriculum and the practical part of it, many students suffer from different injuries in different parts of the body e.g. bones, muscles etc. and these injuries differ according to the physical practice and nature of the programmer. The researcher intends to compare these types of injuries and the reasons behind them
