Analysis of launching opportunities of private nursery in terms of marketing

Abstract:

Zaměřením diplomové práce bych ráda provedla průzkum situace dostupnosti a obsazenosti v mateřských školách v regionu kolem města Rakovník, ve kterém žiji. V teoretické části shrnu obecně téma mateřské školy na území Česka – od historie po současnost. Proberu také jednotlivé typy mateřských školek, které se zde nabízejí. V neposlední řadě také popíši důležité funkce a poslání mateřských škol. V analytické části se pouštím do rozboru situace v konkrétním regionu, popisuji jednotlivé obce a dostupnost mateřských škol, jejich kapacitu. Závěrem v analytické části hodnotím výsledky dotazníku, který jsem rozdala do mateřských škol ve vybrané lokalitě. Z celkového počtu 97 vyplněných kusů dotazníku rozebírám jednotlivé odpovědi podle toho, co jsem jimi chtěla zjistit. V návrhové části se soustředím na návrh řešení, které by nejlépe odpovídalo zjištěnému stavu.

Abstract:

Focus of the thesis I would like to conduct a survey of the situation of availability and occupancy in kindergartens in the region around the city Rakovnik where I live. In the theoretical part I will summarize the general theme kindergarten in the Czech - from past to present. I will also discuss the different types of kindergartens that are on offer here. Last but not least, I will describe the important functions and tasks of kindergartens. In the analytical part I will focus on an analysis of the situation in a particular region, describing particular villages and the availability of nursery schools, their capacity. Finally, in the analytical part I will evaluate results of the questionnaire that I distributed to kindergartens in the selected location. From the 97 units completed questionnaire I will than analyze individual responses. In the last section of the master’s dissertation I will focus on creating the best proposal, which would best suit to the identified situation.
