Possibilities of the Recycling of PVC/filler Waste

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřená na možnosti recyklace PVC fólií obsahující PES, nebo skleněná vlákna. Pro tento typ odpadu byla navržena recyklační metoda, tak, aby bylo možné materiál znovu zpracovávat, nejlépe do výrobku, z nějž pochází. Značný vliv na možnosti recyklace má právě obsah vláken, který značně mění výsledné vlastnosti materiálu. Pro ověření vlivu vláken na výsledné vlastnosti byly připravené vzorky PVC směsí s příměsí recyklátu získaného popsanou recyklační metodou a u těchto vzorků byly srovnávány změny fyzikálně mechanických vlastností v porovnání s čistou PVC směsí.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the possibilities of recycling PVC foils containing PES or glass fibers. A recycling method has been designed for this type of waste so that the material can be reprocessed, preferably into the product from which it comes. The fiber content, which significantly changes the resulting properties of the material, has a significant effect on the possibilities of recycling. To verify the effect of fibers on the resulting properties, samples of PVC mixtures with recycled admixtures obtained by the described recycling method were prepared and changes in physical and mechanical properties in comparison with pure PVC mixtures were compared.
