Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvořit design profesního školení pro zaměstnance záchranné služby. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle jsem si zvolila designový model ADDIE. Nejprve po-píši jeho jednotlivé fáze, a poté konkrétní postupy. Profesní školení se bude skládat ze vzdělávacího online kurzu a prezenčního workshopu. K realizaci využiji metodu převrácené třídy. The thesis aims to create design of vocational training for emergency medical servi-ces staff. To fulfill this goal I have chosen design model ADDIE. First, I will describe its individual phases and then specific methods. Vocational training will consists of online course and face-to-face learning.
