Forensic dokumentation of the site of the emergency

Abstract:

Závěrečná kvalifikační práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a bude se zabývat kriminalistickou dokumentací místa mimořádné události, a to od roviny obecné, po rovinu konkrétní až specifickou. V první části bude popsána historie kriminalistické dokumentace, jakožto součást kriminalisticko-technické činnosti, bude vysvětlen pojem mimořádné události. V následujících kapitolách bude dokumentace analyzována, bude zdůrazněn její význam v systému kriminalistické techniky a soubor požadavků kladených na dokumentaci. Budou popsány zásady dokumentování, její druhy a její využití jako důkazního prostředku. Závěrečná část bude věnována moderním způsobům dokumentace, které jsou v současné době běžně využívány zejména bezpečnostními sbory. Praktická část bude reflektovat současnou podobu dokumentace mimořádných událostí, řízeným rozhovorem s příslušníkem Technického ústavu požární ochrany Praha, který používá technikou 3D Spheron Crime. Cílem bude zjistit klady a zápory při dokumentaci mimořádné události tímto zařízením a řízený rozhovor s policejním specialistou z Kriminalistického ústavu Praha.

Abstract:

The final qualification thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part and will deal with the forensic documentation of the scene of the emergency, from the general level to the concrete to the specific level. In the first part, the history of criminalistic documentation will be described, as part of criminalistic-technical activity, the concept of an extraordinary event will be explained. In the following chapters, the documentation will be analysed, its importance in the forensic technique system and the set of requirements placed on the documentation will be emphasized. The principles of documentation, its types and its use as a means of evidence will be described. The final part will be devoted to modern methods of documentation, which are currently commonly used, especially by security forces. The practical part will reflect the current form of documentation of extraordinary events, while an interview will be reproduced with members of the Technical Institute of Fire Protection Prague, who have the 3D Spheron Crime technique, and the aim of which will be to find out the pros and cons of documenting an extraordinary event with this device and an interview with a police specialist from the Criminalistics Institute Prague.
