Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je popis a porovnání dvou možností přezkoumání hospodaření dobrovolného svazku obcí. Teoretická část se zabývá objasněním jednotlivých teoretických pojmů. Praktická část je zaměřena jednak na přezkoumání hospodaření krajským úředníkem, ale také na přezkoumání hospodaření auditorem a zhodnocení podobností a rozdílů mezi těmito přezkoumáními.

The main objective of this graduation thesis is description and comparison of two possibilities of reviews of economy municipal association. The theoretic part is concerned with clearing of individual theoretic aspects.
