Abstract:

PAVELKOVÁ, J. Interní image vysokých škol ekonomického zaměření a její vliv na zájem nových uchazečů o studium. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzi-ta v Brně, 2020.Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem interní image vysokých škol ekonomic-kého zaměření a jejím vlivem na nové uchazeče o studium. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit vliv referencí současných studentů vysokých škol na uchazeče a jejich preference. v rámci výzkumu byla provedena orientační analýza, kvantitativní vý-zkum a doplňující kvalitativní výzkum. Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden u stu-dentů vysokých (n = 271) a středních (n = 167) škol prostřednictvím dotazníkové-ho šetření. Kvalitativní výzkum byl pak proveden prostřednictvím hloubkových rozhovorů u studentů vysokých (n = 10) a středních (n = 5) škol. Na základě vý-sledků byly analyzovány a popsány preference studentů a byla navržena doporu-čení pro vysoké školy. Tato doporučení slouží ke zlepšení pozitivních referencí studentů.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2020.This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the internal image of tertiary busi-ness schools and its influence on new applicants. The objective is to evaluate the influence of references of current students on applicants and their preferences. As a part of the research, an orientation analysis, quantitative research, and addi-tional qualitative research were performed. Quantitative research was conducted with university students (n = 271) and secondary school students (n = 167) via questionnaire surveys. Qualitative research was then conducted through in-depth interviews with university (n = 10) and secondary school (n = 5) students. Based on the results, students’ preferences were analysed and described, and rec-ommendations for business schools were proposed. These recommendations serve to improve students’ positive references.
