Analysis of using time management tools in a company

Abstract:

Uvedená bakalářská práce řeší problematiku a zároveň i aktuálnost time managementu neboli řízení času, které je nezbytné pro všechny organizace z důvodu provádění efektivních operací. Vyšší provozní efektivita díky řízení času přispívá k úspěchu organizace a k lepšímu plnění jejích cílů. Cílem této práce je analyzovat přístupy k time managementu ve firmě drobného podnikatele zabývající se cateringovou službou Mapexo Catering a zhodnotit jeho současný stav. Na základě analýzy doporučit možné změny a lepší využívání time managementu. I u menších firem může systematičtější využívání času, vést k efektivnosti a hospodárnosti, které jsou pro chod a fungování nezbytné.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue and the timeliness of time management or time management, which is necessary for all organizations to perform effective operations. Higher operational efficiency through time management contributes to the success of the organization and better fulfilment of its goals. The aim of paper is to analyse the approaches to time management in a small business catering company Mapexo Catering and to evaluate its current status. Based on the analysis to recommend possible changes and better use of time management. Even in smaller companies, a more systematic use of time can lead to efficiency and cost-effectiveness, which are essential for running and functioning.
