Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá organizací údržby v novém systému pro správu uživatelů a zdrojů Perun v3. Vždy když dojde ke změně ve světě, který Perun sleduje, musíme být schopni tuto změnu detekovat a reagovat na ni. Změnou může být například přidání nového uživatele do výpočetního klastru. Tato bakalářská práce představuje soubor aplikací Perun Dispatcher, Perun Engine a Perun Controller které řeší otázku aktualizace konfiguračních souborů napříč prostředím, které Perun spravuje. Tyto aktualizace reflektují změny, ke kterým v prostředí došlo. Aplikace kladou důraz na efektivní zpracování a distribuci událostí v distribuovaném prostředí.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns with the maintenance scheduling part of the new Perun v3 user and resources management system. Each time there is a change in the Perun world, such as adding a new user to the computer cluster, we must be able to know about this event as well as to act upon it. This work introduces a set of applications, Perun Dispatcher, Perun Engine and Perun Controller, in order to address the issue of updating configuration files throughout the whole Perun world accordingly to the changes caught. The applications focus on how to efficiently recognize any important change in the Perun world and how to distribute the configuration propagation process in such a way so as to take advantage of the distributed environment.
