Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výsluhovými nároky příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. Nastiňuje jejich historický vývoj od dob první republiky až po současnost. Vymezuje legislativní rámec řešené problematiky a výsluhové nároky vybraných zemí NATO.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is about retirement claims of members of security forces. It is outlines the historical development since the First Republic to the present. It defines the legal framework to address issues and retirement claims in selected countries from NATO.
