Předmětem diplomové práce je odposlech a údaje spojené s užíváním telekomunikačních prostředků, to znamená velmi aktuální a diskutované instituty trestního práva. Bezesporu můžeme říci, že odposlech jednoznačně přispívá k odhalování trestných činů a tím pádem dopomáhá k ochraně společnosti. The subject of the diploma thesis is wiretap and data connected with the use of telecommunication means, which are very up-to-date and discussed criminal law institutes. Undoubtedly, it can be said that wiretapping clearly contributes to the detection of criminal offenses and thus helps to protect society.
