Anotácia:

Magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá měřením informačního chováním uživatelů výzkumné infrastruktury FF MU za použití webové analytiky. Hlavním cílem je na-vrhnutí vhodných metrik pro sledování při tomto typu nasazení. K těmto doporuče-ním je dospěno na základě studia odborné literatury, případových studií podobných institucí a praktické zkušenosti s nástrojem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na webo-vou analytiku obecně, jednotlivé metriky této metody a přehled metrik, které podob-né instituce zvolily. Praktická část je zaměřená na vhodná doporučení při nastavení webové analytiky nad infrastrukturou Digitalia MUNI ARTS i jejími platformami. Ta-to doporučení jsou upřesněna pro zvolený nástroj Matomo.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of measuring information behaviour of users of the research infrastructure of FF MU using web analytics. The main target is pro-posing appropriate metrics for observation with this type of use. The proposition is the result of studying scientific publications, case studies of similar institutions and practical experience with the tool. The theoretical part focuses on web analytics in general, each metric of this method and the overview of metrics chosen by similar institutions. The practical part focuses on the appropriate recommendations for setting up web analytics for the infrastructure Digitalia MUNI ARTS including its plat-forms. The recommendations are specifically proposed for the chosen tool Matomo.
