Práce pojednává o nejčastějším možném způsobu zrušení manželství za života obou manželů, kterým je rozvod. Převážně je práce zaměřena na vliv rozvodu na nezletilé děti a s tím související vznik některých psychologických i právních problémů. The main theme of my diploma thesis is the most freguent possible way of annulment of marriage during the life of married couple, which is called divorce. Predominantly I focus on influence of divorce on minor children and formation of some psychological and also legal problems.
