Analysis of motivation and stimulation system in the selected company and the proposal for its innovation

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je „Analýza motivačního a stimulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti a návrh na jeho inovaci“, jež má za cíl analýzu stávajícího motivačního a stimulačního systému ve vybraném podniku na základě dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. Tento výzkum je aplikován na společnosti Clarion Congress Hotel v Českých Budějovicích. Teoreticko-metodologická část se zabývá zdroji motivace, motivačními teoriemi, pracovní motivací, penězi, kritikou, pochvalou a stimulací. V metodické části jsou vybrány metody, které jsou pro tuto práci využity a to dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor. V aplikační části je představena společnost, současný motivační systém a vyhodnocené dotazníkové šetření pomocí grafů a rozhovor. Závěrem je navržen malý inovativní motivační program ve společnosti Clarion Congress Hotel České Budějovice, neboť vyhodnocené informace prokazují kvalitní motivační a stimulační systém zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is "Analysis of the motivational and stimulatory system in a chosen company and its innovation proposal". The aim of this paper is an analysis of the current motivational and stimulatory system in the chosen company based on a questionnaire inquiry and discussion. This research has been applied on the company Clarion Congress Hotel in České Budějovice. The theoretic-methodological part deals with the sources of motivation, motivation theories, workplace motivation, money, criticism, praise and stimulation. In the methodical part I present the selected methods used in this work - questionnaire inquiry and discussion. In the application part I introduce the company and the current motivational system. I also present the evaluated questionnaire inquiry in the form of diagrams and the results of the discussion.Eventually, I propose only a small innovative motivational programme for the company Clarion Congress Hotel České Budějovice, because the evaluated information has proved a high-quality motivational and stimulatory system for the employees.
