The impact of the legislation changes on profitability in the area of solar energy

Anotácia:

In the bachelor thesis the original legislation is described as well as the amendment of legislation which regulates doing business in the area of the production of electrical energy from solar radiation. The core of the original legislation was to make this area of business more attractive and due to a huge increase of solar power plants the principle of the amendment of legislation is to limit constructing the power plants having the performance higher than 30 kW. The principles of the legislation implementation in the particular power plants with the relevant calculations of profitability are presented. The text includes the explanation of calculations and the different impacts of legislation on the production of electrical energy from solar radiation.
