Predmetom bakalárskej práce „Pracovný výkon a jeho determinanty“ je analyzovanie systému hodnotenia pracovného výkonu ako súčasť riadenia pracovného výkonu a jeho determinantov vo vybranom podniku aj s prihliadnutím na súčasnú situáciu.
