Experimental measurement of cutting forces to determine cutting resistance

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá experimentálním měřením řezné síly a následného stanovení řezného odporu. V rámci této práce byla vytvořena rešerše věnující se silovému zatížení procesu obrábění se zaměřením na jednotlivé faktory, které mají vliv na velikost řezné síly a velikost řezného odporu. Na základě rešerše byl navržen a následně proveden experiment. Zjištěné výsledky byly podrobeny statistické analýze a pro jednotlivé proměnné byly vytvořeny statistické modely. V závěrečné fázi práce jsou zjištěné výsledky vyhodnoceny a srovnány s vytyčenými tezemi v rešeršní části práce. Práce přináší ucelený přehled o faktorech, jenž ovlivňují velikost řezné síly a řezného odporu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with experimental measurement of cutting force and subsequent determination of cutting resistance. Within this work, a search was created dedicated to the force loading of the machining process with a focus on individual factors that affect the size of the cutting force and the size of the cutting resistance. Based on the research, an experiment was designed and subsequently performed. The obtained results were subjected to statistical analysis and statistical models were created for individual variables. In the final phase of the work, the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the set theses in the research part of the work. The work provides a comprehensive overview of the factors that affect the size of the cutting force and cutting resistance.
