Figurálne relikviáre sú zrejme najohromujúcejšie spomedzi stredovekých obrazov. V dvoch francúzskych regiónoch, v Auvergne a Rouergue, šesť ich príkladov sa zachovalo. Abstract:
Figural reliquaries are probably the most striking of all mediaeval images. In France, in two regions of Auvergne and Rouergue, six such examples are well preserved. Thesis presents six mentioned objects and provides insight into the various aspects of figural reliquaries.
