Táto práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou doručovania v českom civilnom procese. Najprv sa zameriava na historický vývoj právnej úpravy postupne od roku 1918 až po súčasnosť. Špeciálna pozornosť je venovaná zmenám, ktoré priniesla súhrnná novela 7/2009 Sb.
