Cílem této diplomové práce je rozebrat právo na přiměřenou délku řízení ve všech jeho aspektech. Nejprve se zaměřuji na zakotvení práva na přiměřenou délku řízení jak ve vnitrostátním, tak mezinárodním právním řádu. Objective of this thesis is to analyse the right to a reasonable length of proceedings in all its aspects. First of all, I focus on the grounding of the right to a reasonable length of proceedings in both domestic and international law order.
