Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o epigenetických modifikacích rostlinných histonů typických pro různé chromatinové stavy a srovnává je s modifikacemi u živočišných buněk. Dále se věnuje modifikacím histonů telomer rostlin a živočichů, které jako chromatinová struktura podléhají epigenetickým regulacím. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes findings about epigenetic modifications of plant histones typical for specific chromatin states, which are compared to modifications of animal histones. Modifications of histones associated with telomeres of plants and vertebrates are described. In the experimental part, the thesis is focused on the analysis of telomere lenght of Arabidopsis thaliana clf mutants. CLF …more
