Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je zkoumání rozhodovací praxe Soudního dvora Evropské unie ve věcech nekalé soutěže. ledování hlavních tendencí a vůdčích směrů, kterými se Soudní dvůr EU ubírá v rámci svých rozhodnutí. Abstract:
The main topic of this thesis is to explore the decision-making process of the Court of Justice of the European Union in matter of unfair competition. This work also monitors major trends and tendencies of the Court. It is done through his decisions, especially by following Directives 2006/114/EC and 2005/29/EC, and by interpretation of the articles and terms.
