Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Role učitele 1. stupně Waldorfské základní školy" se zaobírá problematikou rolí na Waldorfské základní škole. Teoretická část se zabývá profesí učitele a tím, jaký byl historický vývoj této profese, jak je ukotvena v zákoně České republiky, a jeho rolemi. Následně je představena waldorfská pedagogika, její duchovní otec, filosofický základ tohoto vzdělávacího směru. V neposlední řadě nalezneme popis waldorfského učitele, role, které zastává, a popsání toho, jaká jsou specifika jeho práce. Praktická část se zaobírá výzkumem pomocí dotazníku a pedagogického pozorování, zda jsou zmiňované role dosažitelné a aktuální pro dnešní dobu, zda se je daří naplňovat a zda je naplňování těchto rolí těžší s postupem času. Výsledky výzkumu naznačují, že waldorfští učitelé jsou schopní se držet definovaných rolí, přestože od vytvoření myšlenkového základu uběhla delší doba, jsou pro ně aktuální a dosažitelné a nevšímají si významných změn s několika výjimkami v podobě zhoršené motivace žáků a postoji k třídnictví. Rozvíjení popsaných oblastí bylo možné na základě výzkumu rozdělit do dvou skupin. První byla nazvaná oblastmi použitelnými v každodenním životě, druhá se týkala duchovního rozvoje, přičemž na základě zjištění z výzkumu byla tato skupina mírně upozaděna. To je také oblast, na kterou by se měl výzkumný soubor zaměřit.

Abstract:

The master's thesis "The role of a teacher at a Waldorf primary school" deals with the issue of roles at a Waldorf elementary school. The theoretical part examines the profession of a teacher, the historical development of this profession, how it is anchored in the laws of the Czech Republic, and its roles. Subsequently, Waldorf pedagogy is introduced, including its spiritual father, the philosophical foundation of this educational direction. Lastly, we find a description of the Waldorf teacher, the roles he or she undertakes, and an explanation of the specifics of their work. The practical part focuses on research using a questionnaire and pedagogical observation to determine whether the mentioned roles are achievable and relevant for the present time, whether they are being fulfilled, and whether fulfilling these roles becomes more challenging over time. The research results suggest that Waldorf teachers are able to stick with defined roles, despite the fact that it has been so long since the Rudolf Steiner established the ideological foundation of Waldorf schools. These roles remain relevant and achievable for them, and they do not notice significant changes, with a few exceptions such as decreasing motivation of their student and tutor attitude. The development of the described areas could be divided into two groups based on the research. The first was areas applicable in everyday life, while the second focused on spiritual development. However, according to the research findings, this latter group was somehow sidelined. And this is the area that should be more focused on by the teachers involved in the research.
