Abstract:

Stanoveným cílem této bakalářské práce je určení velikosti intenzity tělesného zatížení při specifických činnostech účastníků v průběhu zimního kurzu Survival 2015. Naměřené data z průběhu monitorování pohybové aktivity chci využít pro určení tělesného zatížení a vyhodnotit do jaké míry jsou tyto specifické aktivity v zimní přírodě za pomocí využití sněžnic spojeny se zimním tábořením z pohledu zatížení fyzicky náročné. Zimní zážitkový kurz, byl koncipován v pěti dnech. Účastníků bylo celkem 29 z toho dva instruktoři. Věk všech probandů, byl 20 ? 46 let, z nichž byli vyjma dvou instruktorů všichni studenti prvního, až třetího ročníku Rekreologie prezenční i kombinované formy studia. Pohybovou aktivitu všech probandu, zaznamenával v průběhu pěti dnů Actigraph GT3X doplněn o záznam pohybu trasy s GPS Garmin Dakota 10. Výstupní poznatky naměřených výsledků budou srovnány se zahraničními i českými dostupnými zdroji a autory, kteří se zabývají právě problematikou intenzity zátěže při tělesném pohybu v zimní přírodě, zejména za pomoci sněžnic.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the intensity level of physical load during specific activities carried out by participants in the Survival Winter Course 2015. The measured data obtained while monitoring the physical activities shall be used to determine the physical load and to assess the physical demands of these specific activities in winter nature while using snowshoes together with winter camping in terms of physical load. There were 27 participants and 2 instructors. The age of all probands was between 20 and 46 years, while besides those two instructors, all the other participants were the students of the first, second and third years of the Recreology programme, both in the regular and combined forms of study. During five days, physical activities of all probands were recorded by the ActiGraph GT3X which was supplemented by the recording of the movement path through the GPS Garmin Dakota 10. The acquired findings of the measured results shall be compared to both Czech and foreign available sources and authors that address the issue of the load intensity during physical exercise in winter nature, especially while using snowshoes.
