Expansion of the company information system to support selected processes
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na podporu procesů vybrané firmy. Pomocí analýzy byly zjištěny procesy, které byly navrženy ke změně. Tyto procesy byly navrhnuty a byl vypracován plán projektu, který řeší jejich nasazení. Součástí plánu projektu je navržení testů a analýza rizik. Práce take obsahuje ekonomické zhodnocení realizace projektu.
Abstract:
This work is focused on supporting of processes of selected company. Ana-lyzes have identified processes that have been designed to change. These processes were designed and a project plan was developed to address their deployment. The project plan includes designing tests and risk analysis. The work also includes an economic evaluation of the project implementation.
