Specifics of birth entries in the registry office in Trutnov

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o činnosti matričního úřadu především při provádění zápisů narození. Práce je převážně zaměřena na vymezení základních matričních pojmů a obeznámení s jednotlivými právními předpisy, souvisejících s výkonem státní správy na úseku matrik. Cílem bakalářské práce je pak především poukázat na jednotlivá specifika zápisů narození na úseku matrik v Trutnově. V praktické části práce bude analyzován postup správního orgánu Městského úřadu Trutnov na úseku matrik v roce 2018 při provádění zápisů narození.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the activity of the registry office, especially in making birth entries. The work is mainly focused on the definition of basic registry terms and familiarity with individual legal regulations related to the performance of public administration in the field of registers. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to point out particular specifics of birth entries in the section of registers in Trutnov. The practical part of the thesis will analyze the procedure of the administrative body of the Trutnov Municipal Office in the registry office in 2018 when making birth entries.
