Abstract:
Ćupter was a traditional fruit sweet in Bosnia and Herzegovina made from boiled grape juice mixed with flour or wheat semolina. Ćupter was traditionally produced in rural areas of Herzegovina in the grape harvesting season and mostly serve for Cristmas Eve.
