Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá mapováním dostupných finančních zdrojů pro nejefektivnější financování rekonstrukcí, oprav a investic do bytových domů s ohledem na zdroje krytí a cenu těchto investic.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with mapping available financial resources for effective funding of reconstructions, repairs and investments in residential buildings with respect to its liabilities and price (value) of these investments.
