Anotácia:

Hlavním tématem a cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat nové trendy v oblasti logistiky a jejich vliv na efektivní fungování logistických procesů v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část práce se snaží čtenáři co nejvíce přiblížit význam, podstatu a problematiku logistiky, její historii a v neposlední řadě také současné trendy a budoucnost v kontextu průmyslu 4.0. Praktická část práce je poté zaměřena na optimalizaci logistických procesů prostřednictvím nových trendů ve vybraném podniku. Zde je provedena analýza současného stavu, kde jsou vyhodnoceny i vybrané ekonomické ukazatele společnosti. Dále v praktické části práce nalezneme porovnání skladových systémů vybrané společnosti, ve kterých se odrážejí moderní trendy. Ty budou následně vyhodnoceny za účelem zjištění efektivity jednotlivých skladových řešení. V závěru práce jsou stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro implementaci dalších moderních trendů v této oblasti.

Abstract:

The main topic and objective of this thesis is to analyze new trends in logistics and their impact on the efficient functioning of logistics processes in a specific company. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to bring the reader as close as possible to the meaning, essence, and problems of logistics, its history, and, last but not least, current trends and the future in the context of Industry 4.0. The practical part of the thesis is then focused on optimizing logistics processes through new trends in the selected company. An analysis of the current state is carried out here, where selected economic indicators of the company are also evaluated. Furthermore, the practical part of the thesis includes a comparison and evaluation of the storage systems of the selected company that reflect modern trends. These will then be evaluated to determine the effectiveness of individual storage solutions. In the conclusion of the thesis, proposals and recommendations are made for the implementation of further modern trends in this field.
