Examination and Actions at the Crime Scene

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ohledáním a prací na místě činu. V její teoretické části je nejprve teoreticky nastíněná historie kriminalistiky. Dále teoretické pojetí místa činu, důvody ohledání, teoretické zásady ohledání místa činu, sedm kriminalistických otázek, kriminalistická dokumentace, členy výjezdové skupiny na místo činu a teoretické nastínění stop. Dále je v praktické části bakalářské práce vypracován dotazník, zaměřený na místo činu dopravních nehod, kterým jsou následně osloveni příslušníci Police České Republiky, Hasičského záchranného sboru, zaměstnanci bezpečnostních agentur a civilní osoby. Vyhodnocením dotazníku je následně vyvozen závěr, zda jsou dotazovaní dostatečně informovaní o tom, jak se na místě činu dopravních nehod správně zachovat a chovat, případně zda je potřeba častější školení, či rozšíření znalostí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with examination and actions at the crime scene. The theoretical part outlines the history of criminalistics and describes the theoretical concept of crime scene, reasons for investigation, theoretical principles of crime scene investigation, seven criminalistic questions, criminalistic documentation, members of a crime scene response unit, and the theoretical outline of clues. In the practical part, there is a questionnaire focused on the traffic accident crime scene, which the members of the Police of the Czech Republic and the Fire Rescue Service, employees of security agencies, and civilians have been asked to fill in. After its evaluation, conclusions about the respondents‘ awareness of the proper behaviour at a crime scene and potential need for broadening of knowledge or a higher frequency of training have been drawn from the results.
