Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce je Postavení a úloha obhájce v trestním řízení. Práce se nejprve věnuje problematice obhajování v obecné rovině a v následujících kapitolách analyzuje postavení obhájce v jednotlivých fázích trestního řízení. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the Role of Defence Counsel in the Criminal Proceedings. Firstly the thesis deals with the defence in general and then in the following chapters this bachelor thesis analyses the position of the defence counsel in the individual phases of the criminal proceedings.
