Práce si klade za cíl představit prostředí kolektivního investování po roce 1989 v České republice, platnou právní úpravu a nastínit problémy současné legislativy.

The main aim of my thesis is to describe the environment of investment companies and investment funds in Czech Republic. First part of the thesis is dedicated to historical situation in the world and in Europe. Both had a major role in developing of Czech capital market after the velvet revolution in 1989.
