Tax Evasion at Indirect Taxes in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou daňových úniků u nepřímých daní v České republice. Cílem práce je provést analýzu současného stavu - uvést, k jakým daňovým únikům u nepřímých daní dochází, a popsat mechanismy jejich provedení. Dále je rozebrána otázka boje proti daňovým únikům. Práce obsahuje návrh možných legislativních opatření ke zmírnění daňových úniků.
Abstract:
This graduation thesis deals with questions of the tax evasion of indirect taxes in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state – to define the existing tax evasion and to describe different mechanisms of its accomplishment. The graduation thesis contains some suggestions of possible changes in legal regulations in order to restrict tax evasion.
