Conflicts in school area from the students and teachers perspective

Abstract:

Práce bude tematicky orientována na problematiku konfliktů vyskytujících se v prostředí druhého stupně základní školy. Jako hlavní cíl si klade zjistit, s jakými typy konfliktů se obě cílové skupiny nejčastěji setkávají, jaké volí mechanismy a postupy řešení. Teoretická východiska práce budou vycházet z aktuálních poznatků v oblasti problematiky norem a normality v chování, oblasti porušování norem, problematiky konfliktů a možností jejich řešení a prevence. Empirická část práce bude orientována na prezentaci výsledků realizace kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření zacíleného na zjištění pohledu žáků 7.- 9. ročníků základních škol a pedagogů na konflikty vyskytující se ve školním prostředí. Výstupem práce bude formulace doporučení pro možné zkvalitnění preventivních aktivit ve školách v dané oblasti.

Abstract:

The thesis wil focus on the problematics of conflicts occurring in the environment of the second degree of elementary school.The main objective is to find out what types of conflicts the two target groups most often encounter, how they choose the mechanisms and procedures of the solution.The theoretical starting points of the thesis will be based on the current knowledge in the field of norms and normality in behavior, violation of standards, conflict issues and their possibilities of their resolvenment and prevention. The empirical part of the thesis will be orienting on the presentation of results of the realization quantitatively oriented research aimed at finding out the pupil's views of the 7th and 9th grade of elementary schoolsand teachers on the conflicts occuring in the school environment. The output of the thesis will be the formulation of recommendations for possible improvement of preventive activites in school in the given area.
