Práce se zabývá pojmem psychologické resilience u humanitárních pracovníků a strategiemi, které lze využít při jejím budování. Dílčí oblasti zájmu mimo jiné popisují humanitární prostředí a humanitárního pracovníka jako profesionalizovanou osobu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the term of psychological resilience in humanitarian workers and with the strategies which can be used for its building. Sub-areas of interest describe, among other things, the humanitarian environment and the humanitarian worker as a professionalized person.
