Design and Construction of a Single-purpose Machine for Set Screw Assembly
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukčním řešení jednoúčelového stroje pro montáž sestavy plastového dílu a šroubu pomocí sponky. První část diplomové práce je teoretická, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé části používané při stavbě jednoúčelových strojů. V druhé, praktické části byl navrhnut a sestaven stroj na základě požadavků zákazníka a dodaných vzorků a 3D modelů sestav stavěcích šroubů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with design of single-purpose machine for mounting of plastic parts and screw assemblies using fasteners. The first part is theoretical and describes the parts used in the mechanical design of single-purpose machines. In the second practical part was de-signed and built the machine based on customer requirements and provided samples and 3D parts set screws assembly.
