Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení kvality. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav řízení kvality v akciové společnosti Lenzing Biocel Paskov, která vyrábí viskózovou buničinu. V teoretické části je popsána definice kvality a historie tohoto pojmu. Dále je popsán management kvality a výrobní proces. The bachelor thesis focuses on quality management. The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of quality management in the joint stock company Lenzing Biocel Paskov, which produces viscose pulp.
