Competitive analysis of the company Home Credi

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na konkurenční analýzu společností Home Credit a její vyhodnocení z pohledu vhodnosti a přínosnosti pomocí provedení analýz na základě zjištěných dat. Data byla shromažďována a analyzována pomocí metody Competitive Intelligence. Zkoumání trhu umožnilo pochopit intenzitu konkurence, na základě určitých kritérií a analýz GE a BCG bylo popsáno a graficky zobrazováno umístění jednotlivých konkurentů na trhu nebankovních poskytovatelů spotřebitelského úvěru, business model zkoumané společnosti a jejích hlavních konkurentů umožnil najít odlišnosti v přístupu k vedení činnosti, hlavně poskytování spotřebitelského úvěru. Na základě všech provedených analýz byl identifikován typ konkurenční strategie - diferenciace u společnosti Home Credit a byl posouzen jako udržitelný.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on competitive analysis of the company Home Credit and its evaluation from the perspective of suitability and relevance by analysis implementation based on the obtained data. Findings were collected and analyzed by using the methods of Competitive Intelligence. Exploring the market allowed us to understand the intensity of competition. Drawing on certain criteria and analyses of the GE and BCG, we have described and shown graphically the location of individual competitors on the market of non-bank consumer credit providers. The business model of the investigated company and its major competitors made it possible to find the differences in the access to the activities management, especially the provision of consumer credit. Informed by these analyses we have identified the type of competitive strategy of the company Home Credit, which is differentiation and assessed its sustainability.
