The issue of violence and other forms of violation of public order in football matches from the point of view of an offense law

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou násilí a jiných forem narušování veřejného pořádku ve spojitosti s konáním fotbalových utkání na fotbalových stadionech. V roce 2017 vzešla v účinnost nová právní úprava deliktního přestupkového jednání, na což diplomová práce reaguje ve spojitosti se srovnáním s trestním právem k uvedené problematice. Součástí diplomové práce je mimo jiné i provedený výzkum a interpretace výsledků v oblasti právního povědomí vybraného vzorku obyvatelstva České republiky v návaznosti na téma diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with an issue of violence and other forms of violation of a public order in the connection with football matches at football stadiums. In 2017,a new legal regulation of violence / delict has come into effect and the diploma thesis responds in the connection with the criminal law on the issue. Part of the diploma thesis is, among other things, the research and interpretation of results in the field of legal awareness of a selected sample of the Czech Republic´s population in connection with the theme of the diploma thesis.
