Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením anthokaninových barviv v červeném víně metodami spektrální analýzy. U vybraných odrůdových vín Dornfelder, Rulandské modré, Modrý Portugal, Zweigeltrebe a Směs vín byla stanovena hustota vína pyknometricky, dále bylo stanoveno množství anthokyaninových barviv, barevné intenzity a odstín analyzovaných vzorků červených vín. Abstract:
The submitted bachelor thesis deals with setting anthocyanins pigments in red wine spectral analysis. For selected varietal wines Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Blue Portugal, Zweigeltrebe and wine mixture density was determined guilt pycnometrically, also were determined anthocyanins pigments, color intensity and color shade of the analyzed samples of red wines.
