Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ocenění za účelem stanovení pojistné hodnoty. V první teoretické části se zabývám především vysvětlení základních pojmů u oceňování a pojišťovnictví. Následně zde popisuji používané metodiky. V druhé části jsem se zaměřil na ocenění bytové jednotky a bytového domu. V třetí poslední části jsem vypracoval cenovou analýzu zlínského okresu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of valuation in order to determine the insurance value. In the first theoretical part I deal mainly with explanations of basic concepts in valuation and insurance. Then I describe the used methodologies.
