Baker's Craft in Kaplice
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je interpretace běžného života kaplického pekaře v jeho životních a pracovních etapách a také nastínění sociálního postavení pekařů v Kaplici. Čerpala jsem převážně z knih mistrů, knih učňů a tovaryšů, rejstříků vyučených tovaryšů a přijatých členů do tovaryšského bratrstva, ale také výučních listů či školních a učňovských vysvědčení.
Abstract:
This diploma work mainly aims to an interpretation of a common life of a baker from Kaplice in his life and occupational periods and an adumbration of a social status of bakers in kaplice too.
