Absolventská práce popisuje Assessment centrum a jeho využití. v práci analyzujeme faktory, které ovlivňují efektivitu assessment center. Popíšeme ukázky testů, které se v Assessment centru mohou vyskytnout.
Abstract:
Graduationthesis discribes the Assessment Centre and its use. We analyse in the thesis the factors that influence the effectiveness of assessment centers. We describe examples of tests which can appear in Assessment center.
