Business Model for Establishing a Bakery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření Business modelu pro založení cukrárny ve Valašském Meziříčí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce je zpracována relevantní literární rešerše, týkající se podnikání v České republice, Business modelu a rozdílu mezi Business Model Canvas a Lean Canvas, marketingu a marketingové mixu a v poslední řadě analýzám, díky kterým bude zpracována praktická část. Praktická část začíná analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí zamýšlené cukrárny. K rozboru jsou použity tyto analýzy: PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Praktická část je doplněna kvalitativním dotazníkem. Praktickou část zakončuje Business Model vytvořený za pomoci Lean Canvas a jeho ekonomické vyčíslení. Cílem této bakalářské práce je tedy vytvoření Business Modelu cukrárny, abych zjistil, zda se ji v dnešní situaci a podmínkách vyplatí založit.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a Business Model for the establishment of a bakery in Valašské Meziříčí. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the relevant literature research is processed, concerning business in the Czech Republic, Business Model and the difference between Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas, marketing, and marketing mix and finally the analysis, which will help to process the practical part. The practical part starts with an analysis of the external and internal environment of the intended bakery. The following analyses are used: the PEST analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part is complemented by a qualitative questionnaire. The practical part concludes with the Business Model created using Lean Canvas and its economic quantification. Thus, the aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a Business Model of a bakery to find out whether it is worth starting one in today's situation and conditions.
