The logistics of hotels and restaurants supply

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast zásobování htelu, konkrétně na cenové srovnání nabídky surovin a služeb dodavatelů zkoumaného hotelu s konkurenčním objektem. Předmětem teoretické části je vymezení pojmů souvisejících s logistikou ahotelnictvím. Charakterizuje základní informace k tématu. V analytické části je detailněji zpracována nabídka dodavatelů hotelu azároveň zhodnocen aktuální výběr komodit, kde je determinující cena zboží a nabízené doplňkové služby. Významnou částí je prověření výhodnosti stávající outsourcingové služby. Závěrečná návrhová část pak hodnotí zjištěné inormace, zohlednňuje výsledky do vlastních doporučení a návrhů ke zlepšení dodavatelskýchslužeb, a tím i ke zvýšení efektivnosti oblasti zásobování hotelu.

Abstract:

Master´s Dissertation focuses on the sphere of supplying of the hotels, specifically on the price comparison of the (raw) material offer and the services of the supplier of the researched hotel with the competitive object. The subject of the theoretical part is the definition of the terms that ar related to the logistics and the hotel industry. it describes the basic information to the topic. In the analythical part the suppliers offer is processed more in details and there is also evaluated the actual choice of the commodities, where the price of the goods is determined and the offered complementary services. The important part is the verification of the advantage of the current outsourcing service. The final design part evaluates the discovered information, takes into consideration te results to the own suggestions and proposals how to improve the concrator´s services and so to the increase of the efficiency of the hotel´s supplying.
