Předmětem bakalářské práce „Fúze a ochrana věřitelů“ je analýza problematiky fúzí, jakožto jedné z formy přeměn obchodních společností, a ochrany práv věřitelů v jejich průběhu. V úvodní části se tato práce věnuje vymezení základních pojmů. V druhé části je analyzována fúze, její druhy a legislativa, kterou se řídí. Abstract:
The work "Mergers and creditor protection" is an analysis of mergers as one form of transformation of companies and creditors' rights in their course. Definition of basic terms is listed in the introductory part of the thesis. The second part of this thesis analyzes the mergers, their kinds and legislation that govern mergers.
