Abstract:

Společné znaky uměleckých děl Giny Vosové spočívají zejména v použití moderních technologií v kombinaci s elektrickou energií. Prostředkem uměleckého vyjádření holandské umělkyně je světlo, obraz a energie, svou tvorbu instaluje pod širým nebem. Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými čtyřmi světelnými instalacemi Giny Vosové: Light Gig (2013), Interference (2012), Cinema Today (2011), Travelling Sand (2008), které zkoumá optikou teorie intermediality. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce věnuje vymezení pojmu intermediality včetně stěžejního Higginsova konceptu intermediálního umění (Intermedia, 1965). V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na předpoklady vzniku intermediálního díla podle principů Iriny Rajewské (Intermediality, Intertextuality, and Remediation: A Literary Perspective on Intermediality, 2005). Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí analýzy a interpretace konkrétních děl zmapovat postupy intermediálního umění a na základě studia odborných textů a recenzí jejích děl popsat, jakým způsobem Giny Vosová přetváří zažitou formu divákovy percepce. Čím je umělecká tvorba Giny Vosové intermediální? Jaké klade nároky na vystavování? K jakému médiu její vybraná díla odkazují? Jakým způsobem transformují tradiční umělecké formy a proměňují současnou percepci diváka? To jsou otázky, na které se bakalářská práce snaží odpovědět.

Abstract:

Common features Giny Vos´s artworks consist mainly of the use of modern technology in combination with electricity. Means for artistic expression Dutch artist is light, image and energy, her work is installed in the open air. Bachelor thesis deals with selected four light installations of Giny Vos: Light Gig (2013), Interference (2012), Cinema Today (2011), Travelling Sand (2008), which explores by the theory of optics intermediality. The theoretical part of the thesis gives the definition of intermediality including the pivotal concept of intermedia art Higgins (Intermedia, 1965). In the practical part focuses on the preconditions of intermedia works according to the principles of Irina Rajewsky (Intermediality, Intertextuality, and Remediation: A Literary Perspective on Intermediality, 2005). The aim of the work is per analysis and interpretation of specific works of art mapping processes of intermedia arts and expert on the study of texts and reviews of her artworks describe how Giny Vos transforms experienced by the viewer's perception of form. Does Giny Vos´s artwork as intermedia arts? Is Giny Vos´s artwork an intermedia? What puts demands on the exposure? Which media forms selected artworks refers to? How are transforming traditional art forms and transform the current perception of the viewer? These are questions which the work is trying to answer.
