Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je právní úprava orgánů obchodních společností v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, z nichž každá je věnována jednotlivému typu obchodní společnosti, tj. veřejné obchodní společnosti, komanditní společnosti, společnosti s ručením omezeným a akciové společnosti a specifikům právní úpravy jejich orgánů.
Abstract:
The content of this document is change of law regulations for officially registred businesses in the Czech republic. This document is divided into different captures, each of the captures is dedicated to one type of business, ex. Public listed company (a.s), Limited liability company (s.r.o), Commodity company and its specific law regulations.
